Hi, I'm Carita and it's so great to meet you!
I have discovered through years of experience the key to helping others live out a more purposeful life. Now I want to share my discovery with the masses. You can literally be, have, live better than you every have. It's really rather simple "change your thoughts and change your life".
My Passion
I am incredibly passionate about being a wife, mother, life coach, prayer coach, book publishing coach... My entire mission on this earth is to uplift, inspire and motivate others to pursue their goals and dreams. On this journey called life I have discovered that there is liberation in thinking thoughts that are pure, honest, just and of a good report.
I want you to prosper in every area (Relationships, Finances, Health, and Spirit). Let's take this Resetability journey together.
My Transformation
I've experience incredible transformation in every area of my life. This includes losing 22 pounds in just 2 months in 2021. I have never felt better physically, mentally and spiritually and it gives me great joy that I am inspiring others to make this important lifestyle change!

Hi Carita, I just wanted to thank you for being you. I appreciate seeing all the great things you do on Linkedin.
I was a GM of a very busy Fairfield in Cheyenne, WY. My son was having issues, I was at work 16 hrs a day, so I got out of hospitality, I thought I was done. I took a menial job near my home just decompressing for about 9 months, until they did a massive layoff. Being closer to home helped, my son is on the right track and has turned a corner. But then I didn't know what to do with myself. My first day home I was soul searching about what I wanted to do next and who I wanted to be, you came to my mind.
It may sound silly, but you were a source of great comfort and inspiration to me. I realized the last time I was truly happy was in hospitality, so I got ahold of the company I had previously been with and within a week they had put me on their task force and I was on my way to a Doubletree in Vancouver, WA.(where I am now for rhe next few weeks) I felt I needed to thank you for putting yourself out there as an inspiration and let you know just by being you, it made an impact on me. This aha moment has not been lost on me. I realized that living small and in the shadows isn't doing anyone any favors and by forging your own path; others can see their own way more clearly. Thank you for living by example.
